September was a quiet month for Meow Madness codes — and then it wasn’t. For most of the month the pool consisted of exactly one code: Fish, the launch-era giveaway that has refused to expire since the game’s June release. Then, in the final days of September, a second code appeared. Here’s where things stand at the end of the month.

Heads up: HAT is brand new — first tracked on September 30, it grants a free hat cosmetic for your cat. If a guide written before the last week of September tells you the Fish code is the only one, that was true at the time but no longer is. Nothing has expired yet in Meow Madness; the developers simply haven’t retired anything since launch.

How to spend the rewards

• Fish is the main currency — spend it in the shop on cat skins with unique abilities, then cosmetics
• Cat skins change more than looks: each comes with its own ability, so your first 500 Fish are best spent on the skin that fits how you play
• Fusing duplicate clothing pieces raises an item’s rating and changes its design — hold duplicates instead of selling them
• The free Hat is pure style, but it costs nothing and every collection starts somewhere

How to redeem Meow Madness codes

1. Launch Meow Madness on Roblox and wait for the lobby to load
2. Tap the More button on the left side of the screen
3. Tap Codes in the menu that opens
4. Paste the code exactly and tap Confirm — each code works once per account
