Codes not working? Try these fixes
The code says invalid or expired
Jujutsu: Zero codes are usually time-limited or tied to like milestones, and they stop working once the window closes. Check the last-verified date on our codes page — codes marked expired cannot be redeemed. QOLYAY, for example, has already expired. New codes drop with updates and milestone events, so check back often.
I typed the code but nothing happened
Codes are case-sensitive and must match exactly. Copy-paste instead of typing, and make sure there is no leading or trailing space. Watch out for look-alike characters (for example O vs 0, I vs 1).
The code redeemed but I did not get the reward
Some rewards (like rerolls or currency) arrive after a short delay or after rejoining. Leave and re-enter Jujutsu: Zero, then check your in-game mailbox or inventory. If the reward is still missing, try redeeming again right after joining a new server.
