原神 のコードの使い方
Genshin Impact codes give free Primogems, Mora, Hero's Wit and upgrade materials. There are two redemption routes — the official website and the in-game menu — and both require Adventure Rank 10 first.

- 1 Reach Adventure Rank 10 (codes fail before this).
- 2 Open the official redemption website and log in with your HoYoverse account.
- 3 Select the server that matches your game account.
- 4 Enter your character nickname exactly as shown in game.
- 5 Copy a code from our Genshin Impact codes page — many mix letters and digits (NEEIJB764CA3 style), so paste instead of typing.
- 6 Click Redeem — a "Redemption Successful" popup confirms it.
- 7 Collect the rewards from your in-game mailbox (mail expires — do not leave Primogems unclaimed).

コードが使えないときの対処法
The code says invalid or expired
Livestream codes have a hard 48-hour window after the version broadcast and limited redemptions — once gone they never return. Check the last-verified date on our codes page; if a code you have not used fails, it is likely expired.
It says I must reach Adventure Rank 10
Code redemption unlocks at AR10. Rush it with Archon Quests, daily commissions and chest hunting — a few hours of play gets you there.
Redemption failed with an unclear error
Check four things: the code is typed exactly (many mix letters and digits), you picked the correct server region, your nickname matches your active character, and you have not redeemed that code before — each works once per account.
I redeemed but nothing arrived
Rewards go to the in-game mailbox, not your inventory. Open the mail icon, claim each message, and note that mail expires after a while — claim promptly.
