Fortnite runs two code systems at once, and mixing them up is behind most “code not working” reports. Promotional codes still go through fortnite.com/redeem, but the codes people are actually redeeming in October 2026 are lobby-hack codes typed into the Admin Panel that Chapter 7 Season 4 added on the right side of the lobby.

The big payouts right now are OVERRIDEXP at 40,000 XP, DustInTheWind and WhereIsTheDustyTree at 5,000 Sprite Dust each, plus Magilume and H0p0nVC at 2,000. If you want something you can see, InsertCoinToContinue turns your character into an arcade machine, BRB turns it into a toilet, and DontBlockMe or LetsBlockAndRoll turns it into a Tetris block. TakeYourHeart and SurviveTheNight hand out Extraction Accelerators and Cheat Code Locators, while GottaGoFast and IWannaFlyHigh unlock the Cheat Master Sonic and Tails Sprites.

Redeeming takes seconds: stand in the lobby, open the Admin Panel prompt on the right, paste the code, submit. Case matters, and several codes use the digit 0 where you would expect the letter O — that single swap is the most common reason a valid code looks dead.
