Cameraman Tower Defense Codes (September 2026)

September was Cameraman Tower Defense’s first full month after the August 26 launch — and the month the code box finally opened. Four strings surfaced in its last two days; two are dead, two are still paying out. This page is the record of that month plus a pointer to what still works.

What was circulating in September

The code pool actually started at the very end of the month, and MrGuider’s tracker dates the first entries precisely:

• September 29 — RELEASE and UPDATE1 first appeared in code lists. Both are dead now.
• September 30 — Engineer and UpgradedTitanSpeakerman followed. Both still work today.
• LStrider showed up in mid-September listings and vanished without a changelog note — the usual ending for event-gated strings.

That two-day split is the whole story of this game’s codes: the launch-flavoured strings died within three weeks, while the pair tied to the update itself survived. NewMaps arrived later, in early October, and is still live.

As of October 21, 2026, RELEASE and UPDATE1 are filed as expired by the majority of trackers. RELEASE is the most unanimous call in the pool: not a single source in our sample still lists it as working.

What works now (verified October 21)

Two of the three current codes came from that September 30 batch; NewMaps joined in early October. All three are still live:

NewMaps reads like a patch note because that is what it was — the code attached to a map-expansion update. Single word, two capitals.

The 3-win gate

Every code, September or October, sits behind the same lock: the box in the lobby Shop refuses all input until the account has 3 wins. Wins in another tower defense do not transfer. This is why a returning player who remembers a September code working may find that nothing they paste now goes through — the gate, not the string, is usually the answer.

If you are redeeming right now

1. Win 3 matches (Easy at 20 waves is the short route)
2. Return to the lobby and open the Shop on the left edge
3. Scroll to the bottom for the Codes field
4. Paste one code at a time, press Redeem, confirm the balance moved 50, then continue

Three codes at 50 Coins each is 150 Coins — enough for roughly three unit summons. Nothing in this game pays more per code, so there is no “better” string to save for.

One more thing people confuse with a code

Liking the game and joining the Aligators Games group pays a one-time 200 Coin reward. It is the largest single freebie in the game and it is not a code — there is no string to paste. Several pages relay it in code lists anyway.
