Whiteout Survival のコードの使い方

Whiteout Survival codes need your Player ID, and iOS players cannot redeem in-app — this guide covers all three redemption routes plus the fixes for common failures.

詳しい手順ガイド

1 Open Whiteout Survival and tap your avatar (top-left) — your Player ID and State are shown under your name.
2 Android players: tap Settings > Gift Code inside the game. iOS players: open the official Gift Code Center website in a browser.
3 Copy a code from our Whiteout Survival codes page — many mix upper/lowercase and digits (4dp5ZGM4c style), so paste instead of typing.
4 On the website: enter your Player ID and State, paste the code, and confirm.
5 Check your in-game mailbox — rewards arrive there and mail expires.

コードが使えないときの対処法

The code says invalid or expired

WOS event codes can die within 24-72 hours of release, and milestone codes die at their posted deadline (INS400K ends October 13, 23:59 UTC, for example). Check the last-verified date on our codes page.

Redemption failed but the code looks right

You may have already redeemed it — each code works once per account. Also confirm you entered the Player ID (not your name) and picked the correct State.

There is no Gift Code option in my game

Some versions hide it — use the official Gift Code Center website instead, it works for every account and every device.

I redeemed but got nothing

Rewards go to the in-game mailbox, not your inventory. Open the mail icon and claim each message — mail expires after a while.
